Kosovo Gastronomers head Petrit Kllokoqi is insisting that the video published today in one of the owls in the Government of Kosovo has been filled with a considerable number of people who are sitting on chairs and serving with drinks and food.
This video was exposed by Government spokesman Progress Kryeziu, who said that no one is sitting and chairs are placed in an unusable position. He even attached some pictures of the owl.
But Klokoqi says that the buffet that has been filled with video initiative is in the Ministry of Environment and Infrastructure.
