Klink: Special Court doesn't care about justice, but how to reason on the millions spent.

Former leader of the KLA War Veterans Organisation Faton Klinkaku says this organisation has made no effort to undermine the work of the Special Court, as reported in the U.S. State Department report, but has only demanded that Kosovo Specialised Chambers become legal and [...]
According to the report submitted by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, for human rights in the world for 2020, former president of the Republic of Kosovo Hashim Thaci, and KLA OVL have made efforts to undermine the mandate of the Special Court.
The U.S. Department of State report... as a veterans' organization, but President Thaci and I have asked for nothing but to have the Special Court mandate continued if the Convention continues because we know the Parliament will continue. We only have the market that has expired with Special mandate, the five-year term that has been followed by the Constitution. The legal initiative was prior to this request, we have asked the Parliament that the Special Court handle all crimes, even Serbs, be tried. The very establishment of this Court is that it is currently illegal and anti-competitive, and everything is required of us is to become legal and to pursue all crimes in Kosovo”, he said.
In an interview for Econimia Online, Klinaku said the Special Prosecutor is playing games against OVL-KLA leaders, Hysni Gucatit and Nasim Haradinaj, prolonging the judicial process.
“It was like the preliminary conference, we have a lot of disappointment because the Special Prosecution still doesn't hand over material to defence lawyers, which seems unreasonable to us because they're thinking only of hearing the hearings, at these hearings the prosecution is making constant games”, he said.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has announced that it received 39 requests regarding identifying the person whose investigative documents led to the offices of the KLA War Veterans Organisation.
Klink says this announcement of them has been unclear.
The “is unclear, I don't know what those demands are, if that's correct what the prosecution says then it's easy because they've come from the prosecution from The Hague, they've had from where to come”, he said.
We're finding this extension of the process unreasonable, given that everything was media. They should have investigated themselves at The Hague. We have only announced the opinion that the Special Prosecutor in The Hague has co-operated with the Serbian Prosecutor and all the evidence for the accused has been taken from Serbia”, he added.
On the other hand, Klink says the Special Court does not care about the issue of justice, but only intends to reason on the money they spend.
You're not rushing, they're doing it on purpose because they don't care about the issue of justice, just because these procedures have lasted since they have large salaries there too, and they have to reason on the millions they spend on both the European Community and others. We didn't ask for them. I asked them to bring them to the office where they took them. Then they called me back and they told me we couldn't bring them, you should come to Fushesh-Kosovo to get to the Specialized Office that's under the Euex complex. Then we hired lawyer Tome Gashi to go get his equipment seized. I reported the opinion and then asked for an explanation from the prosecution to give an explanation with what he found in us, they didn't give the report”, he said.
We don't have any information on these devices, much bigger than they did. At the hearing the defence attorneys asked what the matter with this investigation is, they give no answers. Their answer is that we have cameras in and out, so we've told the public that there's nothing behind it because everything was monitored by the” cameras, Klink said.
