Also, the accused Junuz has been obliged to pay the amount of 200 euros on behalf of the judiciary, as well as the amount of 50 euros for the crime victims' compensation fund, in the 15-day term from the day of the integrity of this act.
Otherwise, this is the third time that the first instance has declared a lawsuit against Junuz.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina, on September 25, 2017, had convicted Junuz of serious murder and illegal weapons and had tried the same with 25 years in effective prison.
