In his testimony, Col Imeraj, had stated to Ndue Mulajt's house because he was sick, and was to be checked by doctors in Kosovo.

The reason I came to Ndo's home in the village of Whitedhanick is because I was sick, I had kidney pain, and I came to recover. I remember two or three days, and during this time I went to my kidney doctor, I don't know his name, Ndo's sent me, the doctor assigned me diagnosis and therapy”, made Imeraj know.

He has now declared that while he had stayed in his house, he had helped Ndot with his duties with animals.

Meanwhile, Imeraj has stated that during his stay with the Mulay family, he had no problems or disagreements with anyone.

Imeraj claims that on the critical night, Ndos had ecstaticly thrown them into the drink, which says to be the reason for the actions of that night.

After ecstasy, Imeraj says that he has also drunk weed.

He declares that after leaving the house where he had left a dead person and two wounded, he had gone to a house where an elder had lived, told him that he is Jesus Christ.

The victim's wife, Diurie Mulay, who Col Mymrain says she had a great grandson, told of the moments when he had entered the bedroom and stabbed Ndo.

She made it known that Cole said he was going to kill them.
