It is alleged that those in the quality of police officials, during December 2019, in the village area of the border belt between Kosovo and Serbia, have consistently helped, hide and have not prevented the carrying out of criminal acts, so that various persons have been enabled to smuggle goods, which have crossed the border line by avoiding customs control.
The same allegedly instructed smugglers in which places and in what time to spend, where their actions or inactions have caused material damage to Kosovo's budget in much undefinable.
By these actions, the defendants are suspected to have committed criminal work, the smuggling of goods, for which at the prosecutor's order, there are 48 hours in detention.
