It calls on the EU and international missions to be critical of this state, otherwise there will be total chaos.

Kamberi expects much from Kosovo's new government, even says the Valley needs state and not party projects, as has happened so far. Now six months ago, former members of the KLA's General Staff are being held in The Hague, Kamberi says why otherwise unjustly, it is in Kosovo's favour.

Party of Democratic Action Chairman Shaip Kamberi tells Kosovo Press that a long-term political stability should be offered in Kosovo, since frequent elections have damaged the country.

He expects the Kurti 2 government state project for the Valley, not party.

We expect a completely new approach, to concrete and direct assistance. Something has started last year with the decision to open the Presevo Valley office, a decision by two Tirana-Pristina governments that was earlier approved for the Fund for the Presevo Valley. There were two important documents, but only documents remain. We still don't have a national plan for how they're going to develop, nor a budget for those documents. So I expect this government to have something more concrete for the Presevo Valley. A state project because we have now had party projects from Kosovo for the Presevo Valley. A state project on how the Presevo Valley should be helped”, he says.

The Albanian MP in Serbia's Parliament declares that in the continuation of the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the Kosovo Government has to put the Presevo Valley issue on the table inevitably.

With all parameters, the eventual agreement with Serbia will also mean normalisation of reports with this state. And there can be no normalization of reports with a country that violates, discriminates and actually displaces a minority of your state”, Kamber adds.

It also raised the issue of the use of national symbols. The emphasis that Albanians in Serbia cannot use them the same as Serbs, why these are guaranteed.

The only Albanian MP in Serbia, adds to Kosovo Prees that these topics should be a priority for the new executive, who has a majority in the Kosovo Parliament.

“is building a dangerous precedent, which will consistently be the source of tensions between states. If Serbs are given the maximum possible -- a maximum that does not exist even in EU standards -- while Serbia continues to deny basic Albanians rights here. Then these are constant sources of tensions because history shows that in the Balkans, dealing with communities, dealing with minorities has been one of the continuing sources of tensions between states. So if you want long-term peace, this is a topic that Kurti's government has to take into account”, Camberi followed.

Furthermore, he also speaks to the Special Court in The Hague, where he says denial of crimes against Albanians is taking place. According to him, however, these favour the country towards its journey to the European Union.

This is in Kosovo's favour. Because Kosovo has currently agreed to face, while Serbia does not respect the decisions of a tribunal, which was internationally established to try crimes on the territory of the former Yugoslavia”, he says.

Finally, Kamber also mentions his speeches at the Parliament of Serbia and confrontations with institutional leaders there. According to him, since presidential and parliamentary elections are near, the language of Serbian institutional leaders will be toughed.

“are struggling with the Kosovo Charter, which for 30 years and more serves political parties in Serbia to gain credibility and win votes. Especially from that part of nationalist and multi-nationalist Serbia, which the theme of Kosovo views as uncomplaceable. Hence, even the rigging of language by state leaders can be the increase of” every time, he points out.

The only Albanian voice in Serbia's Parliament expects the European Union and other international missions to toughen criticism of this state. As he says, otherwise everything will go into total chaos. Shaip Kamberi adds that this could also affect dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
