Israel is planning to launch the vaccine process against corruption even in children from 12 to 15 years of age, starting May, following promising results from preliminary tests that took place in the US for this age group.
The country has already offered the vaccine to all citizens aged 16 and older, and more than half of the population has received both doses, A2 reports.
Health chief for the Nachman Asch said vaccines will be offered to children from 12-15 as soon as they receive the approval of the US Administration for Barna and the Health Ministry.
Israel now records small numbers of daily infections because of the very good performance of the vaccine process.
