The Constitutional State Prosecutor in Podgorica has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court against the mayor of Tuzi municipality, Nick Gilosaj, for the criminal act of calling for Resistance.
The Act has also been raised against Communist Police Chief Rexhep Chunmulaj and municipal police E. M, for criminally calling for Resistance through Assistant, for events in Tuz, on February 24 and 25 of this year.
“Gerosaj is accused of urging others to resist and disobey the legitimate decision of the state body and of an official in carrying out official action, as a result of which the state body's legitimate decision was not implemented, because on February 24th, he organised meetings with the owners of the hotel facilities from Tuzi and called on them to open up their objects, which the owners did tomorrow in opposition to the Health Ministry's order, which prohibited the functioning of the hotel facilities, the State Prosecutor in Podgorica announced.
