It emphasises reaching agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, which, according to them, should be based on mutual recognition.
America's “United States stands ready to work towards the comprehensive, legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, which is based on mutual recognition, which lays the basis for long-term co-operation and prosperity”.
“We support the dialogue mediated by the European Union, and we encourage parties to re-age in this process with the aim of addressing technical and political issues immediately”.
It also says the US will commit to implementing the Washington Agreement on September 4th 2020 between Kosovo and Serbia.
“We will work with Kosovo and Serbia to implement the Washington Agreement in support of the goal of full normalisation”.
