Hoxha government Kurti: If you close the mosques for Ramadan, you will face the people

But, six days ago, the Government of Kosovo has made a decision for hours of police from 22:00-05:00 and for closure of certain sectors such as gastronomia, shopping centres and finance.

Given the importance of Ramadan month, Muslims in Kosovo are afraid that the mosque closures -- as happened last year -- will be made, though the Government's decision so far is for mosques to remain open.

In a conversation to the Eye.net Kosova, hoja from Mitrovica, Fatmir Latifaj, has said there is no reason for mosques to be closed because they are disinfected and that the virus already has knowledge.

He even warned the people of revolt if that happens.

I wish they would not close the mosques now that we are on the eve of Ramadan and that we would be allowed to forgive the theatre. If they closed last year because we're facing an unknown virus, they have no reason to shut them down this year. If that happens, let them know that it will lead to a people's revolution because it is a great injustice. The virus is cured not only by vaccines but also by prayer. I myself stayed isolated for two weeks after being touched by the virus. I'm not even in the mosque and I'm cured of God. Ramadan means union, mosque visit, and for us it is known that our mosques are disinfected, we use distance. So far, the decision is to allow prayer at the mosque to be allowed, inshalah does not change that they will face the people” said Hodza Fatmir Latifaj.

We remember that the month of Ramadan starts on April 13th, and that the prayer for the first terrawaddy prayer starts from 9:00, and that the last terrvaria at 21:43, which is May 12th.
