This is a “framework project Subventions in energy efficiency” financed by Americans through the Millennium Challenge Corporation.
And the inauguration ceremony for this project was held this Thursday in Prizren.
There was also US Ambassador Philip Costnet who showed what this project will serve.
Kosovo MCC Director Sarah Olmstead said Kosovo uses more electricity, and this happens because of housing.
The first to take advantage of this project is Myrtezan Bajrami.
Bajrami said he expects less energy spending after the adjustment.
Meanwhile, Prizren Mayor Mytaher Haskuka said it is proving that with small investments, there can be a better environment for residents.
Through this project, it is intended that Kosovo families have energy efficiency in their homes.
