(5 years ago)Democratic League of Kosovo MP Andmend Zemaj has reacted because it has failed to move to the second round in the president's vote, as by the rules in the box there must be 80 votes. Hearts leaving the plenary chamber of the Parliament alluding to Vetevendosje said it is not working for the referendum.
