“Kosovo votes in Albania, Serbia builds in Mitrovica”, it has written on its Twitter account.
Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has voted for parliamentary elections in Albania. Following him from Kosovo, Liburn Aliu, Behgjet Pacolli, Speed Bulqi and others have voted.
