Haradinaj has written on Facebook that lynching a 21st century mayor in the middle of Europe, only that he raised his voice for the right of citizens he represents, is unacceptable.
This resistance to Albanian rights today is the resistance of all of us against regimes that persecute, oppress and deny Euro-Atlantic values. Kosovo and Montenegro are friendly countries that together travel towards European integration. So together we have to resist any tendency aimed at obstructing this path, even if it is an indication of the persecution of local leaders protecting the rights of Albanians or the values we represent.
