With homazhes at the cemetery of the martyrs and at the Lapidari in Zhegoc, Gjilan municipal institutions, led by the Parliament's leader, the Kurteshi-Emini Hope, have marked today the 22nd anniversary of the Battle of Geroci.

Eight KLA soldiers were killed at the Zegoci battle: Pajazi Ahmeti, Alban Ajeti, Hanumshahe Abdullah, Tefik Zymberi, Sahit Battiu, Sahin Battiu, Kastriot Battiu, Nyazi Osmani, and 18 civilians. In the village of Slovenian, 49 civilians were killed.
