The prosecutor reports that the case occurred on March 31, 2021, at the city park in Gjakova, where the defendant deliberately tried to deprive his wife of life, injured R.J., hitting him eight times with a knife, on the neck, chest, ribs and hands. The same injuries received have been sent to the Gjakova Regional Hospital for medical treatment.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova has applied to the competent Court in Gjakova for the appointment of the detention measure, against the M.J. defendants, on suspicion that the same had committed criminal work “severe attempted murder of”.
