According to the ministry's spokeswoman, Maria Adebahr, Maas will discuss with Kosovo and Serbian officials, even the dialogue on normalising relations.

The German diplomatic chief's visit comes after media reports in the Western Balkan region regarding the possibility of changing borders among states.
