The Kosovo Gastronomers' Association through a Facebook post said it is up to everyone who, with respect to these measures and the setting of good examples, that after these 14 days we have even easier measures in the functioning of gastronomy, and the opening of the summer season.

Dear gastronomies,
From tomorrow it's gastronomy work. May we wish you good work and health.
The Kosovo Gastronomous Association since the recent decision to close gastronomia until hours ago has been continuously engaged in finding better options for functioning businesses, respectively, their reopening.
From the different opinions and proposals of health experts for operating businesses, we have tried to propose the best recommendations in order to maintain public health and the economy. All recommendations we've given to the Ministry of Health and ICHPK processing, are in line with the scientific recommendations of the WHO, CDC, The ECDC, and references from other countries, which in combination are the most appropriate for gastronomy functioning in this state of public health.
From IKSHPK's proposals to operate in within space with 1 person at 8 m2, we have managed to enable gastronomy with 4 people at 10 m2. Out of 12 people at 100 m2, 40 persons at 100 meters.
From IKSHPK's proposals to operate at 2 meters between tables with 4 people, we've managed to enable gastronomy to function by 1 metre of distance between tables with 4 people.
From the IKSHPK's proposals to operate with a distance of 1.5-2 metres of physical persons, we have managed to enable the functioning of gastronomy by 1 metre of distance between physical persons.
From IKSHPK's proposals to operate businesses until 9:30, we've managed to enable the operation of gastronomy until 10:00.
From the IKSHPK proposals that music should stop at 20:30, we have managed to be postponed until 21:45.
From recommendations for the ban on the circulation of physical persons to begin at 10: 00 p.m., we have managed to be postponed by 10:30.
Last but not least. It is the responsibility of each one of us or of each individual to observe the provision and temporary guidelines that will be in force tomorrow.
It is in the hands of all to meet these measures and to set a good example so that after these 14 days we can have even easier measures in the functioning of gastronomy, and the opening of the summer season. By contrast, the failure to implement these measures will be highly sanctioned, with the immediate closure of non-compliance premises, and the government's stricter measures for our sector.
