The EU pleads for non-Paper: Not showing our location

The European Union has said that <x0non-paper”, which is circulated in the media for Kosovo and Serbia, does not represent their position.

This informal document was reportedly designed by Germany and France, supported by the EU and the United States of America.

In “non-paper” a autonomous district of northern Kosovo will be formed, as well as Serbia will not prevent Kosovo's membership in international organisations.
