That's what an EU spokesman told Gazette Express.

“We welcome the election of the new president of Kosovo and express our congratulations to Vjosa Osmani. Kosovo can now firmly focus on the important work ahead, including the push ahead of EU-related reforms and EU facilitated Dialogue”, this spokesman has said.

Meanwhile, the EU has praised opposition MPs, who defeated the election of Vjosa Osmani president.

“We congratulate the constructive engagement of a number of opposition deputies who enabled the election process to complete”, this spokesman has said further.

Meanwhile, asked about any possible date of resumption of talks between Kosovo and Serbia, from Brussels have said they will set a next meeting when they think it is appropriate.
