The frogs pass through the streets of the area as they travel to their breeding grounds.
Volunteers usually assist in carrying amphibs in spring momentum and have said they have saved 97 thousand of them from cars in previous years, including two thousand last year on Tallinn's road.
Whether turtles will speed up the pace after this very human action is unknown.
