Eskalon Ridvan Berisha, swear and insult President Vjosa Osmani

Berisha has commented on PSD member Shkodran Hoti's post, gravely insulting President Osmani.

While Hoti has written that Vjosa Osmani has had to wait for Kurti to congratulate Rama for victory in the April 25th elections in Albania.
