The elderly criticize Government for vaccines: We are in danger.

The first 24 thousand dose vaccine contingent has already been spent. Health personnel, seniors over 75 years of age and chronically ill people had the destiny of vaccinating, but many elderly people who did not have the same fate ask for the Kurti Government to quickly provide their next vaccines. Adem Aliu, one of [...]
Ademi Aliu, an older than 70-year-old from Pristina, says he feels threatened by Covid-19, so he wants the Government to prioritize the insurance of vaccines.
He criticised the government that divided millions for companies that had no losses during the pandemic, saying that the most necessary would have been population vaccination.
Now all the world's population are in danger, just like us. Now, though, old age is a little more dangerous, and now we really need security even for ourselves and for not spreading it to my family and illness. We need to vaccinate and I wish to vaccinate...
Uke Osmanaj, 68, also says he would like to vaccinate in order to protect himself and his family.
He expects the government to provide the next vaccines as soon as possible.
I was willing to vaccinate anyway, I believe not only me but all the elderly, but without exception the population should be vaccinated and expect the government. Unfortunately so far, the number is too small for vaccines, but we hope that vaccines will already come”, he said.
But Bexhet Reka, 71-year-old to vaccinate priority, sees health personnel, education workers, police and the military.
I really like the “but I also believe that this government has its primary capacity for vaccines. They're promising them we'll ask them, if you promise anything, that promise must be implemented, the task of these is to be done with this vaccine as in other peoples... six o'clock who's the priority most, let him take... those who are in front of the front, education, health and police, the army and now other categories”, he said.
Also, the other elderly man, Ismail Hamiti, tells Kosovapress that health personnel and police should be vaccinated and then older people.
For once, the possibilities are limited to becoming something in that way because there are certain categories that have to have a priority, for the health that they work there are directly endangered and then the police... they have to be vaccinated then age will be as postponed as we are in”, he said.
So far with the first dose of AstraZeneca vaccine, 22.096 persons from the first 24,000 doses taken through COVAX mechanization have been vaccinated.
