Edi Rama says that Albin Kurti will speak April 26th.

He told the regional branch of how Fatos Nano's idea was.

Asked about Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Mr. Rama refused to be promoted before April 26th, which also marks the day after the elections in our country.
