Media in Moscow also identified a Russian citizen, as organising the Macedonian photo session, on the balcony of an apartment in the United Arab Emirates, wrote DailyMail.
Thirty-three-year-old Alexey Kontsov, reportedly stated to the police that he was in a nearby apartment from where he filmed the spectacle of naked women who were posted on his social media account.
He admitted that he had made the fatal mistake of disseminating the expositive images, considered a crime in the United Arab Emirates.
The Russian agency éfey, led by Vladimir Putin's ally, former Olympic director Alina Kabaeva, wrote that 40 models were involved in the project that has caused a major scandal in Dubai.
A smaller number of naked girls were seen in the photo from behind, for which the biggest noise was made.
Some media say girls are organised by an Israeli pornography agency, which could cause serious problems between the two countries that have established diplomatic relations a few months ago.
Two Ukrainians in their 20s have been named as Yana and Diana, in which in their account in Instagrams are seen running a Gamilje, while they've been identified in the balcony's dirty photos of their special tattoos.
Another Ukrainian model, Dariya Khorunzhenko, 19, of Poltawa, was among the photography group.
Ukrainian models Ekaterina Kashenko, and Sophia Tkachuk, are also among the group.
All models identified by the media have recently posted videos or images of the stay of these days in Dubai.
Russian agency Mass reported that the photographic session included the daughter of a former local banker and businessman. But the girl denied today that she was on the infamous scene of nakedness.
The media say the organisers belong to the Israeli branch of a popular site of pornography.
The agreement establishing ties between Emirates and Israel was reached on September 15th last year with US mediation.
The EBA legislation condemns nakedness and other immoral behaviours, with sentences ranging from six months in prison to 5,000 dirham ($120) fine.
Pornography is also condemned in the country.
Dubai police said those arrested have referred to the prosecutor.
This is an unacceptable behavior and does not reflect the values and ethics of the Emirates Society”, the police statement said.
