41-year-old Driton Podrimqaku had been declared a wanted person by Kosovo Police after committing criminal work “assault on the official person”. He was allegedly hit by a car by a police officer during a Special Unit operation in the vicinity of the Pec Raddaci.
The suspect has been arrested Sunday, meanwhile, Peja's Constitutional Prosecutor on Monday has called for the appointment of the detention measure against him, after allegedly using “feide”.
In addition to applying for detention, Peja's Constitutional Prosecutor has also demanded the seizure of 10,000 euros because of the suspicion that the same have been obtained through guilt.
