Miserable acts have been sharply criticised by citizens, until the doctor has been arrested by Kosovo Police for failing to provide first aid.
He expels at least three remaining citizens in the corridor who were waiting to be treated, followed Periscope.
The woman coming out is heard in the video saying:
My cousin, my aunt's son, got a hold of us. ”
This may indicate that the doctor with at least one of his patients, the elderly woman, has also had family relationships.
Protests have now been held by medical colleagues demanding his immediate release.
