A video that is being circulated on social networks, showing the poor behavior of a doctor at the QKMF in Podujevo to an elderly patient, is unacceptable and does not match even professional ethics.
I understand that health personnel are tired of the situation we are going through in our meeting with COVID-19, while the situation makes the lack of medical staff at KKMF worse after going to specialise 12 doctors. All of this, however, does not justify such a doctor's behavior, much less toward an elderly patient.
In this case, the QKMF Steering Council and following the analysis of this case, the Council has decided that the doctor will be temporarily suspended from the working relationship to a new decision by the disciplinary Commission.
Expressing regret over this case, I am sure that this will not fade and will not affect the work and engagement of the QKMF health staff in Podujevo in this period of pandemic in providing health services.
