The Ministry of Internal Affairs through a communique for the media has indicated that Dobra has been the executive secretary of the International Association of Schools and Administration Institutes (IASIA), while in 2019-2020 it has been official for accreditment to the International Commission for Recognition of Education and Training Programmes in the field of Public Administration (ICAPA).

Bardhil Dobra is named deputy minister of Internal Affairs.
Bardhil Dobra, born February 17, 1986, in Drenas, is in conclusion of the doctorate at Gent University in Belgium. The doctoral theme is “Public public administration in post-conflict states: the Kosovo case”.
From 2013 to 2020, he was the executive secretary of the International Association of Schools and Administration Institutes (IASIA), and in 2019-2020 he was an official for accreditment with the International Commission for Creditation of Education and Training Programmes in the field of Public Administration (ICAPA).
Bardhil Dobrra has moved to France in May 1999 as thousands of Kosovo Albanians left Kosovo. He there has completed part of primary school, high school and basic studies and master in the economy.
During this period he has been part of the exchange programs with which he studied a semester in Great Britain and a year in the United States.
After returning to France, Bardhili has continued with another master in political science and has therefore made master's professional experience near the French Embassy in Kosovo.
Bardhili has been engaged in the student association in France and has so far been deputy chairman of the Kosovo Cultural Centre in Paris (QKKP), as well as Global Albanian Foundation board member (GAF).
