A 51-year-old woman, thought to be a member of staff at the “Oberlin” clinic in Potsdam, near Berlin, was arrested under strong suspicion of carrying out this attack Wednesday evening, the Daily Mail writes.
Police said all the victims had severe signs of the use of external violence and were found in different rooms of the care centre, but did not provide further details.
Authorities said the arrested woman is suspected of deliberate murder, but the motive of the attack is still unknown.
The attack is thought to take place on the highest floor of the dormitory building. Local media described the case as the most serial murder in Potsdam in recent decades.
