All decisions made today at the Kosovo Government meeting

Directed by Government of the Republic of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the 8th meeting of the government has been held, in which constitutional and legal responsibilities decisions have been adopted. The government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the decision to appoint directors to the Steering Board of Central Public Company, Kosovo Telecom St. A., in this composition:

1. Dobra rescue, lead;

2. Saye Thaci;

3. Mimoza Vila?

4. Florina Jeraliu;

5. Agim Muqaj;

6. Remzi Kelmendi;

The Board of Directors appointed under this decision fulfills duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Law for Public Enterprises and serves with a three-year mandate.

The modern - day meeting has also adopted the Bill for Changing and Fulfilling the Law on Disciplinary Responsibility of Judges and Prosecutors. Fulfilling and changing avoids shortcomings and problems encountered in practice regarding the development of the procedure, respectively, regarding the pronunciation of the suspension for judges and prosecutors.

With the Justice Ministry proposal, the decision has been adopted on appointing members of the Commission to give the Justice Test in its composition:

1. Albert Zogaj, chairman of the commission, questionnaire on civil law course, deputy member Drita Rexha;

2. Valbona Disha, member of the commission, interrogative in criminal law (matial procedure), deputy member Africa Shala;

3. Zenel Lek, commission member, questioner in trade rights class, deputy member Edje Sezairi;

4. Halide Reka, a member of the commission, questioning in constitutional law course, organising the judicial system, the fundamentals of the European Union system and human rights, deputy member Hajrip Krasniqi; and

5. Hajriz Hoti, a member of the commission, questionnaire on labour rights and administrative rights, deputy member Nenad Lazic.

The decision will be followed by the Republic of Kosovo's Parliament for review and approval.

The government has established the Inter-ministerial Workers Group for co-ordinating jobs for implementation of the “labour mobileity” signed between the Republic of Kosovo and the Republic of Albania. The Workgroup will have this composition:

1. Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs directors;

2. Representative from the Office of Prime Minister ?

3. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers; and

4. Representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diasporas.

The working group is obliged to identify, compile, harmonise, all acts, annexes and requirements that come out of the agreement in question with the goal of full implementation of the agreement.

At today's meeting with the decision adopted by the government cabinet, the Strategic Investment Interministerial Commission has been established for assessment, selection, implementation and supervision of strategic investment projects in this composition:

1. Roseta Hajdari, Minister of the Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade, leading;

2. Iron Murati, Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers Minister, member;

3. Lieburn Aliu, Minister of the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, member;

4. Faton Peci, Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, member;

5. Artane Rizvanolli, Minister of Economy, member;

6. Elbert Krasniqi, minister at the Ministry of Management of Local Power, member;

7. The mayor of the municipality in which strategic investment is realised, member;

8. Minister of Ministry in which strategic investment is realised, member; and

9. Sami Istrefi, State Attorney General, member.

According to the field, need and circumstances, the Commission can call the meeting with the minister, other state bodies and representatives of interest groups.

The government has met and changed the decision on implementing the Economic Resurrefaction Programme for 2021. Under completion and change, all points of this decision, for which there has been no division and aloations of budgetary means, with separate decisions are abolished. The decision does not affect implementation of measures for which the means are split and implementation has begun.

Reasoning the decision is said to have some of the specific measures not been implemented and tools for implementing relevant measures have not been set aside and, therefore, the unmet measures are abolished through this decision.

The government has allocated sixm euros from the Economic Recovery Programme aimed at subsidising commercial societies for workers' wages and rent payments. This is done in order to support the category of businesses that have suffered significant decline in revenues due to the establishment of restrictions on protection from the pandemic COVID-19. According to the decision, for subvention of workers' salary they can apply businesses:

With the only activity of gastronomy;

Businesses with gastronomial sub-sectors, only for staff engaged in gastronomy;

What business is it?

) Businesses with financial and gym activities; and

Businesses with active licensed transportation lines among urban travellers.

For rental subsidies they can apply:

Businesses with only gastronomy activity;

Business operations at closed-type shopping malls.

Additional financial means have been set aside for paying additions to the health and security sector for the months of April and May 2021, worth five million two hundred fifty-five thousand five hundred sixty-five euros (5,255,565.00). Tools are shared for compensation of increased commitment to work in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic of health sector members and members of the Kosovo Police.

Eight million and five hundred thousand euros has been earmarked by the Government at today's collection for the cost of additions to social and pension schemes, for paying additional 30% over the monthly sum for social aid schemes and benefits of pension schemes that receive less than 100 euros.

At today's meeting the Government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the method of direct payment in advance form on U n NOPS, on behalf of the Ministry of Health, for direct payment of borrowing, is worth four million and one hundred and sixty-nine thousand and sixteen euros and sixty-three cents (4,169,016.63). This is the second part on the basis of the ratified loan for the Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the International Development Association in terms of funding the emergency anti project. - CO VID-19 for Kosovo.

With the government's decision approved at today's meeting, it has been requested by the President of the Republic of Kosovo granting Education, Science, Technology and innovation Minister authorisation of the Heras+ Project High Education, Research and Application Science with the Austrian Development Agency ADA.
