Among the decisions that have taken the approval of members of the government cabinet is that of establishing the Interministerial Committee for Co-ordinating the process, selecting the project, and monitoring the project implementation process for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz.

Government Communications:

At the 9th regular, Government of the Republic of Kosovo, led by Prime Minister Albin Kurti, has adopted four decisions from the areas of constitutional and legal responsibilities.

The first decision adopted at today's meeting was to establish the Inter-ministerial Committee for Co-ordinating the process, selecting the project and monitoring the project implementation process for the Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz, in this composition:

1. St. T. Albin Kurti, prime minister of the Republic of Kosovo;

2. Mr. Hajrula Ceku, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports;

3. Mr. Lieburn Aliu, Minister of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure;

4. Mrs. Roseta Hajdari, Minister of Industry, Trade and Trade;

5. Mr. Iron Murati, Minister of Finance, Labour and Transfers;

6. Committee member representative from the Jashari family;

7. A member of the Kosovo Memorial Management Agency's Committee;

8. A member of the é director of the Kosovo Museum;

9. Committee member é director of the History Institute;

10. Member of the Committee é director of the Albanological Institute;

11. Member of the Committee, Mr. Bekim Jashari, the mayor of the Scytheright Town;

Twelve. Committee member representative from the Association of architects; and

13. Committee member Emin Lati, representative from the KLA OVL.

The Interministerial Committee is tasked with carrying out the assigned tasks under the Law for Memorial Complex “Adem Jashari” in Prekaz and other relevant legislation.

The government's next decision has annulled the Government of the Republic of Kosovo's decision to propose the Republic of Kosovo candidate for mayor and members of the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications Board.

Disinherance of this decision has been made because the composition of the speaker and members proposed in the abolished decision has not respected the needed gender quotas, defined by the Law on Gender Equality. In this regard, the above - mentioned law stipulates that: ...” The equal gender representation of all legislative, executive and judicial organs and other public institutions is achieved when a minimum representation of 50 percent (50%) for each gender, including their leading and decision-making bodies...”.

In this way, the composition of the president and the proposed members is not in line with the legal provision mentioned above, and it is therefore the obligation of every competent institution to have equal gender representation, respectively, to meet the gender quota for minimum representation of 50 percent (50%) for each gender, including in their leading and decision-making organs.

The government has also adopted the decision to organise and function the Council of Ministers of Public Administration Reform and structures responsible for co-ordinating, monitoring and implementing strategic public administration reform documents. The Council of Ministers for Public Administration Reform will be the main facility responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Public Administration Reform. He will have this compound:

1. Minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs presiding;

2. Minister of the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers ?

3. Minister of the Ministry of Management of Local Power, member;

4. Ministry of Industry, Undertaking and Trade Minister, member;

5. Minister of the Justice Ministry, member; and

6. Prime Minister's Office (political adviser) A member

The Kosovo government has also approved the initiative for linking the international agreement with the Saudi Arab government for police co-operation. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will take all necessary actions to connect this agreement. The deal will include co-operation in combating trans-border organised crime, terrorism, production and trafficking of narcotics, cyber crimes and child pornography crimes, economic and financial crimes, including money laundering, illegal trafficking of vehicles and similar crimes.

Economy Ministry Minister Artan Rizvanolli has announced to the government cabinet that the Steering Board of Electronic and Post Communications Regulatory Agency has remained without a mandate since December last year. So it has proposed that Government, in line with the Law on Electronic Communication, adopt the list of Council for Members' Council proposals that will be sent to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo as follows:

1. Nazim Beating Chief

2. Ahmed flower member

3. Hamitin member

4. Bizart Duraku-Rizaj member

The prime minister has asked the ministers to submit their final proposals for their plan and government programme later Wednesday so as to be approved by the government cabinet and submitted for approval to the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
