They have been standing closely at the “Qemal Stafa” polling centre in Tirana, where the “Biometric IDs” are being implemented.
Daka said implementing such a project in Kosovo requires legal changes.
“Seeks the necessary legal changes. I do not believe this project will be implemented in local elections to be held in the autumn of this year. It will be considered as a project for the upcoming parliamentary elections to be held in Kosovo”.
She added she has an Albanian passport, however, she will not vote.
My whole family has an Albanian passport. No, because of being close to any politician but that my mother is from Albania. There was Albanian citizenship. I will not vote in this election, because I consider those who contribute to the state should vote. I live and work in Kosovo. I consider that my vote should be cast into Kosovo”.
