Serbia's Parliament Speaker, Ivica Dacic, said the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina does not depend on Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani.
Dacic says that for the Kosovo prime minister, the president of Kosovo, it means that Serbia recognises Kosovo, it broadcasts Klan Kosova.
“What kind of dialogue is that, if they do not recognise the Brussels agreement,” he said on TV Pink, the Kosova Clan broadcasts.
