One such thing has been disclosed through a communique for media by the Court itself, saying the request was approved to Kosovo's Special Prosecutor.
The Special Department of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the Special Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure in the criminal case against K.G.,F.D.,I.L.L.,E.L.C., N.M., M.C., M.C.H.H.H.H.H.H.H.A., V.C.E.,L.H.A., W.A., W.A., W.A., W.A., W.A., W.A., W.A., W.A. DH, due to alleged criminal acts of fraud committed by Article 153 paragraph 1 and paragraph 3, according to the German Penal Code of State conducted in the group, which relates to criminal work participation or organisation of the criminal group organised by Article 277 concerning criminal work fraud from Article 323 paragraphs 4 over paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo”, says the Court's report.
The “contains suspicion based on the fact that from 2018 and consistently until March 31st 2021, the defendants acting as an organised and structured group with defined hierarchy and roles, led by defendants A.F. and F.D., and in co-operation, with the will and intent of illegal wealth and the general activity of the organised criminal group.”, further said in the report.
“...by contacting them over the phone and convincing interested persons with promises of high-profit profits by putting the same ones in madness that they believed in to make payments at different accounts, for companies that run the phone services business, including F.M. LLC., M. R LLC., W.M., W.M.C. The KPS, where the financial loss of those affected amounts to about 4,000,000 euros (fourm euros)”.
