The Kosovo government today will take the next step towards the law on confiscation of unwarranted property. At the meeting, starting at 13:30, a review of the draft concept-document on the issue is expected, following the Ministry of Justice's initiative.
This law envisions the seizure of each unwarranted asset, worth over 5,000 euros.
The agenda is also a review of the proposal for annulment of the December 24th decision, when three candidates were nominated for chairmanship of the Energy Regulatory Office Board.
