This photograph has also been sent to the Government of Kosovo, the Parliament and the Constitutional Court.
“The official photograph of President Osmani is selected by a commission consisting of four artists, the state protocol representative, the representative of the Kosovo Assembly protocol and two representatives from the Kosovo Presidency”, the presidency reports.
Under the Law for State Protocol, Article 20, paragraph 3, President Osmani's photo is obliged to keep all institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in office.
