She says without KLA BAR there would be no KPC and KSF. Citaku has recalled the past, revealing parts of the time of the KLA's transformation.
I've been following this process step by step. I've contributed here as much as I can. But I say it with full conviction: Without the KLA there would be no KSF”, she says.
Citak's complete Facebook text:

The KPC was born there, although it was not foreordained in the Rambouillet agreement. Or the Sheriff?
Same, The KPC was probably transformed into KSF. Likewise, the KSF's mandate was also transformed.
I've been following this process step by step. I've contributed here as much as I can. But I say it with full conviction:
Without the KLA there would be no KSF.
There are many countries that have no army. And let us not, Kosovo, undoubtedly, keep alliances built over the years safe.
But when I say it, as a witness and a protagonist:
Without the KLA there would be no KSF!
Then again, we were proud.
