Citaku uncovers part of negotiations for KLA deilitarisation

She says without KLA BAR there would be no KPC and KSF. Citaku has recalled the past, revealing parts of the time of the KLA's transformation.

I remember very well negotiations on deilitarisation and transformation of the KLA.

Same, The KPC was probably transformed into KSF. Likewise, the KSF's mandate was also transformed.
