He says Vjosa Osmani has been elected by foreign ambassadors, especially the American Embassy, in hopes that they will put balance in institutions.
Kostovic has further said that President Osmani is already making efforts to build its credibility with the public, making harsh statements about dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
