The director of the Office for Registering Political Partys and Certificates, Yll Buleskaj, has announced that March 31st has marked the handover of financial reports on campaign spending and the deadline for handing over the form for continuing registration of the political party.
He has said that out of 28 political subjects, 27 have submitted the report, meanwhile only Srpski Democratic Savez has not done so.
Because of this lack as the law envisions, the CEC is obliged to pronounce the mandated fine of 1,000 euros for this subject, for this concession that has been made. And it is assigned a measure of 0.001% basic wage fine for each day of the delay in the report until the handover. The Central Election Commission at today's meeting has approved the recommendation for the replacement of Vjosa Osmani, deputy of the Parliamentary Group of the Vetevendosje Movement. After Osman is elected president, Hoti is the first on the waiting list to become an MP from VV ranks. Hoti in the February 14th elections had received 5929 votes.
At Wednesday's meeting, The CEC has approved the planned budget for spending code and travel under the CEC, proposed by LDK member Sami Hamiti.
