The Constitutional Court Act in Pristina, dated 08.04.2021, for Klokot Mayor Bozidar Dejanovic has been changed.
He has been suspended from the detention measure and has been assigned home arrest measures in a month's length, which will last until 23.05.2021.
B.D. who is head of the Klokot municipality, is suspected by the Special Prosecutor, that he has committed criminal work “Consulting the free definition of voters” by Article 210 of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Code.
The Court of Appeals, after examining all circumstances, estimated that even with the appointment of house arrest, the purpose required by law can be achieved.
Bozidar Dejanovic was arrested on 12 March this year following a Kosovo Police action over allegations of vote manipulation.
