Borrell ) Kurt: We can deny all progress in dialogue by past governments

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has met with European Diplomat chief Josep Borrell, where the two later appeared at a news conference, the Periscope broadcast.

Borell said he has called on Kurt to engage in dialogue and that they are willing to assist Kosovo and Serbia in this process.
