Latifi says the Albanian nation's response is important. Through a text on his Facebook account, Latifi raises doubts that we are not prepared to respond properly.
“The fact that the two texts are “without authors” clearly shows that intelligence services of the friendly and unmiculate countries of Albanians are waging a cold war over the Kosovo- Serbia and this cold service war tells us, however, that the status quo of this problem is coming to an end. Are we prepared to respond as a nation on this occasion? I have strong doubts that no, Latif writes.

This second non-paper, which speaks of Serbia's autonomous “distectin in northern Kosovo”, is understood to be a response to the first non-paper to speak of uniting Kosovo with Albania. The fact that both texts are “without authors” clearly shows that the intelligence services of the friendly and inhospitable countries of Albanians are waging a cold war over the Kosovo problem- Serbia and this cold service war tells us, however, that the status quo of this problem is coming to an end. Are we prepared to respond as a nation on this occasion? I have strong doubts.
