Vuciqi/Serbia controls three states in the region, including Kosovo, and continues to complain about Serbia's position in the Balkans, while Albini/Kosovo doesn't control itself either, and while doing so many sols as Kosovo's KM goes and votes in Albania. This action is naive, it's evil in essence, at the expense of Kosovo and Albania simultaneously.
