It's Serbia that would like tense reports between Kosovo and Albania.
Historically he wanted this -- that Kosovo and Albania do not communicate properly.
Currently, KM Kurti, his ministers, MEPs and Pristina's LV activists are causing these tensions between Pristina and Tirane.
Today KM Kurt has friendly reports with Lajcak, Borrell and others who reject Kosovo, rather than KM Rama. These tensions can cause me nasivity, but in politics it costs a lot.
Even after three weeks, Kurti Government doesn't seem to be planning a meeting with the Rama Government. It's unusual for the last two decades.
