“We will continue to support the Afghan government, but we will not remain militarily engaged in Afghanistan”, expected to declare Biden, according to the extracts of his speech distributed in the press, the ATS reports.
It is also expected to announce the departure of all American soldiers from Afghanistan by 11 September, on the 20th anniversary of the 2001 terrorist attacks in the US, which provoked American military intervention.
