Berisha: I want to believe that the President has no access to the KLA, otherwise the national body shuts out

He says he does not want to believe that President Vjosa Osmani has any animosity with the KLA.

He has also said that every soldier heading towards the border has had UCK's emblem and there is no other emblem.
