He has said that behind this mention are two reasons behind: the first is strengthening Kosovo's presupposed position in dialogue; and the second is trying to buy time.
According to Mr. Berisha, today's Kosovo “has neither information nor partners to understand its” position in dialogue with Serbia, Periscopi conveys.
And so, Mr. Berisha has estimated that this government “has no will, will or strategy” to complete the dialogue process.
According to him, 2021 will be the “road without top”.

The mention of reciprocity against Serbia on the part of the Government of Kosovo has two fundamental reasons; the first, the effort to reinforce “ ” the supposed position of Kosovo in dialogue, for which, unfortunately, Kosovo today has no information or partner to understand.
The second reason is to buy out time, because again, today's Kosovo has no desire, will or strategy to complete the process of mutual recognition with Serbia.
It would be a dead end this year “dialogger”, unfortunately.
