Parliament MP from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Bekka Berisha has commented on the document, or as it is called, “non paper” for which he has said that only the description I moment and location of this chapter is missing.
Through a post in his Facebook account, Berisha has said there is no political leader or party in Kosovo that would sign such an agreement.
With deep conviction I want to guarantee you that there is no leader Kosovo, political party, no legislature Place of Kosovo, which would sign or vote an agreement like this set forth in this “non paper” or any element mentioned in it”, Berisha wrote.

I carefully read it and re-read a “concept document” or “non paper” as they are calling it, which was published yesterday by a Kosovo media. Given that for the definition these kinds of concepts are non-formal, so am I in an informal way with a non-status I want to say two words to him!
Since from the Vienna process to last September's deal in Washington to The United States, we like Kosovo have failed to impose our thesis on the negotiating table, is the other side, the Serbian side, which is always having the priority of the first step, and as a result it comes out to the public and these types of “non-documental” as well as some suspicious map of the alleged division, aimed at measuring the Kosovo side's pulse for the process of negotiations that awaits us in the coming months.
The document concept or “paper” as they are calling it, is written in the spirit of the collection documents, documents which both the alleged states as the initiative of this “non paper” are used to impose on each other over the past century.
This “no-document” was also missing only the description of the moment and the location of the location where this chapter will be signed, but knowing the story, it is probably designed to occur in a train car somewhere in Belgrade!
For all diplomatic services that will read this non-status, I want to remind you that Kosovo has neither lost the first war. World War II, nor, for more, have Kosovo and its citizens suffered for years from apartheid of regimes The leader, Milosevic's Rakovic to mention some, as well as surviving two genocides in 1945 and 1998-99.
With deep conviction I would like to assure you there is no leader Kosovo, political party, no legislature Place of Kosovo, which would sign or vote an agreement like this set forth in this “non paper” or any element mentioned in it.
If someone still has illusions that such a thing can be accomplished, then the smoke of tear gas you've seen a few years ago. Kosovo Parliament, will no longer be a tear smoke, and will no longer remain in Parliament, and commitment within limits Kosovo!
