Ante Gotovina, Mladen Markac and Ivan Cermak were three Croatian generals who faced charges of war crimes at The Hague. For the protection of the Croatian people's war for independence and the protection of three generals, Croatia officially paid 28,145,610 euros from the state budget. All defence documents were classified by the Croatian state. The publication of expenses was made only after 6 years after the process of protecting them had been completed.

Croatian political subjects had achieved to overcome party interests and had harmonised positions for protecting their people's struggle for independence. Croatia sacrificed its entire eight-year European future, failing to hand over the three generals of their war.

While the Government of Kosovo, as a next step, has only been left to send documents to The Hague against KLA leaders. To make media dramas, on behalf of transparency they're declassifying their defence expenses. While, the costs of purchasing vaccines are being treated as classified information, even sharing in media researching sources of information!
